FAQ
What makes my graphics so GREAT?

* I am a perfectionist, which is great for you because it makes for some awesome graphics. Not so great for my family all the time (but that's another story!)

*My CUSTOM color palette: SPECTACULAR printing for laser or ink jet printers or having them printed by an outside source, such as an office supply store, Kinko's, etc...

*My FIRST CLASS customer service. I will make you feel like the V.I.P. customer of all time-ALL the time- because hey, without you-I have nothing to do! If you have questions, I will answer them--quickly, because I don't like waiting and I am sure you don't either!

*I want YOU to LOVE my stuff! Let's face it, I am in business, I want you to be ECSTATIC with your graphics, (and me, of course), so that you will keep coming back for more!

Now if you want more details, about vector graphics, how to open your zipfile, png images and how to use them (easy peasy), printing info, etc... just read below. If you don't see your question answered- shoot me an email- I will be glad to help you out!

frequently asked....

how many times can I print these?

you may print as many times as you want to use for your personal or small commercial use. they may also be printed for your use at office supply stores, printing services and walmart, costco or sam's.

can I use these graphics to resell?

you may use my graphics to create invitations, either printed or digital, party decorations, designs to be applied to t-shirts, cutting boards, mouse pads, etc... as long as YOU are selling to the end user. My graphics cannot be used to create collage sheets, either printed or digital, they may not be sold "as is" in any form. They must be incorporated into a design of some sort.

will my graphics print the same color as what I see on my monitor?

the colors I use were "formulated" by me and used to create my own special color palette. They will print true to color with very little variation on either type of printer.

There is no way for me to tell what colors you see on your monitor. All monitors are calibrated differently, but if you see a description that says "pastel" they are pastel-it always helps to read the descriptions!

If you are having your designs printed at a printing service or office supply store, make sure they have their printers set on RGB, not CMYK, as this will drastically change the colors- all of my designs are saved as RGB.

can I change colors on the graphics?

the answer is yes, the caveat is....if you know how. You can check out my free photoshop elements tutorials by signing up in the box on the top left side of the page- and try them out for yourself!

do you take custom orders?

I am happy to take requests for set ideas, but I don't do any exclusive graphics, or make anything that I cannot use to sell in a set. It would be cost prohibitive for you, and too time consuming for me to make something for a one time sale.

I only need one sheet in a set, can I buy just one?

You can- but it would be the same price as the whole set.  It simply takes too long to unzip the files and rezip to send just one, so hopefully if you like just ONE, you can grow to like the others!

I can't get my graphics to print or save, what's wrong?

This means you are simply clicking on the image and not OPENING it in a program. If you just click it after you unzip it, then it opens in whatever program you have set to open or preview graphics in. If it is a preview program, you can't print or save from there. So you either need to open in a graphics program or "insert" the image into a program like Word.

I don't know how to unzip my files, can you help?

in every email that comes with your order there is a link that shows you how to unzip files. It may not cover all computers and all instances, but I think it works for most, if it doesn't...remember...google is your friend!  or click the link here

what kind of paper should I print on, and can I use colored paper?

I guess it pretty much depends on what you plan to do with them. If you are using them for invitations, party decorations, scrapbooking, I would recommend a nice heavy weight cover or card stock- 80# would be my choice and is available at most office supply stores.  Otherwise, a nice text weight paper will work fine.

It is not advisable to print on colored paper, as it changes the colors of the inks. and if there is white in the design, it will be the color of the paper.
